Rumble Roofing is a trade name used by one or more affiliated Arkansas limited liability companies. The specific entity contracting with you for your project is identified in your signed written agreement and on your invoice. This Privacy Policy applies to all Rumble Roofing entities.

We may collect personal information you provide to us, including your name, address, phone number, email address, property and roof information, insurance claim information, photographs of your property, and other details submitted through our contact forms, service requests, inspections, or promotional offers.
We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, and pages viewed.

We use the information you provide to:
Respond to your inquiries and provide roofing and construction services.
Schedule appointments, inspections, and installations.
Prepare estimates, measurements, inspection reports, and documentation.
Assist you with documentation related to an insurance claim, at your request.

3. Statement of Non-Sharing for Phone Numbers
We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely for communication related to Rumble Roofing services, project updates, and, where you have opted in, promotions.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Policy
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Rumble Roofing.
Message types: appointment and inspection reminders, scheduling and installation updates, project status updates, invoice notices, inspection photo reports, and, where you have opted in, occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency: messages are sent on an as-needed basis, typically no more than ten (10) per month during an active project.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Rumble Roofing does not charge for these messages.
Opt out: you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing, as stated in Section 3.
6. Photographs and Project Documentation
We photograph roofs, exteriors, and job sites as part of inspections, documentation, and quality control. These photographs may be used for insurance documentation, warranty records, and internal training. We will not use identifiable images of your property in public marketing without your permission.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain project records, contracts, photographs, and related information for as long as needed to provide services, honor warranty obligations, and comply with legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping requirements.
